Delivery of Electric Buses for the municipality of Chodziez, Poland

The subject of the procurement is the supply of brand-new electric buses (vehicles with an exclusively electric powertrain – BEV) for the Municipality of Chodzież, intended for the provision of municipal public transport within the Municipality. The contract is divided into the following scopes: • base scope – the supply of 1 electric bus in accordance; • optional scope (Right of Option) – the supply of 1 electric bus A "brand-new" bus is defined as a vehicle manufactured no earlier than 6 months prior to the delivery date of the given batch, and one that has not been previously used. The buses offered must be of the same brand and identical in terms of construction, technical parameters, configuration, and equipment. The scope of the contract also includes the performance of activities ancillary to the deliveries, in particular: • providing the Contracting Authority with internal authorization for the maintenance and repair of the supplied BEV (battery electric vehicle) buses; • equipping the Contracting Authority with a set of service tools for diagnosing all vehicle components—in a quantity and scope that enables the full utilization of all functionalities of the BEV buses; • providing, free of charge, the technical documentation required for the maintenance and servicing of the purchased vehicles; • conducting training for the Contracting Authority’s staff and/or the public transport operator’s personnel (a minimum of 3 mechanics/technical support staff and 4 drivers).
