(1) Vendor needs to provide voluntary compliance program service to the government authority located in Ohio. – To conduct end to end Voluntary Compliance Program case handling, including Holder selection, outreach, follow–up by phone and email, responding to Holder phone and email inquiries, reporting assistance, Voluntary Compliance Agreement aka voluntary Disclosure Agreement preparation, and recommendations for field examinations.– Holder Population and Volume– Company Selection & Setup– Outreach Cycles (Initial, Follow–Up & Final) – Reporting Assistance– Documentation, Tracking & Workflow Management– Escalation & Field Examination Recommendations(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
