(1) Vendor needs to provide teaching english with technology course service to the government authority located in Durham, NC.                           – Development and delivery of an online, university–level Global Online Course on Teaching English with Technology.– University, academic institution, or non–profit with expertise and demonstrated proficiency in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages to develop an eight–module asynchronous online course on the topic of Teaching English with Technology.• Increases understanding priorities and perspectives; • Increases the impact that participants and alumni have on their home communities / countries, thereby multiplying the effect of the program; • Creates markets for American products and ideas; • Strengthens engagement among participants, alumni, beneficiaries, and institutions; and • Strengthens personal, professional, and technical abilities and aptitudes of participants and beneficiaries. – The course will explore how technology can support English language teaching and learning in a range of educational contexts. – Participants will examine how digital technologies can enhance communication, collaboration, assessment, accessibility, learner engagement, and learner autonomy while remaining grounded in sound pedagogical principles. Rather than focusing on specific platforms, the course will emphasize enduring concepts and approaches that can be adapted as technologies evolve.– The course will address multimodal communication, adapting technology to different teaching contexts, and the responsible use of emerging technologies including generative artificial intelligence.• Demonstrate understanding of key principles of technology–assisted language learning and their application to English language teaching and learning. • Apply responsible online use practices to evaluate online information, media, and AI–generated content for language learning purposes. • Design and adapt technology–enhanced language learning materials, activities, and resources that support language learning goals. • Use technology to facilitate communication, collaboration, interaction, and learner engagement in language learning environments • Develop technology–supported assessment and feedback activities that promote language learning and learner autonomy. • Use generative AI tools critically, responsibly, and effectively to support language teaching, materials development, and career readiness. • Evaluate, select, and integrate educational technologies based on pedagogical goals, learner needs, available resources, and local teaching conditions. • Reflect on their own technology use and teaching practices and develop a plan for sharing new knowledge related to technology–assisted language learning with colleagues and professional networks. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
