(1) Vendor needs to provide approved inspector services to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA.• Fingerprinting RequirementsA. Inspector shall comply with the applicable requirements of agency with respect to the fingerprinting of Inspector’s employees. Inspector shall also ensure that each of its subcontractors on the Project complies with the applicable requirements.– To this end, Inspector must provide for the completion of the certification form included in the proposal documents and incorporated herein by reference prior to commencing work on the project.B. Should Inspector or any of its employees have limited or less contact with District pupils, application shall be made to the District for a determination on the fingerprinting requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
