(1) Vendor needs to provide sparks industrial study service to the government authority located in Reno, NV. – The study will evaluate existing multimodal connectivity, safety concerns, crash risk factors, and traffic circulation issues within the study area.– To develop recommendations for safety and multimodal improvements, while considering operational needs.– Traffic analysis report, memo, and analysis of intersection turning counts, intersection controls, crash history, and concerns– Summary of crash data analysis and traffic volumes; memo on data gaps and data collected.– Draft plan prepare a draft plan summarizing all findings, including maps, graphics, and planning–level recommendations.– Existing and future conditions analysis.– Public and stakeholder engagement.– Develop and evaluate recommendations.– Project management.– Plan preparation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
