PHAR-2201 - USA (Trenton, New Jersey) - Pharmacy Benefits Management Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefits management services to the government authority located in Trenton, NJ.• Establish and maintain a network of participating pharmacies that have agreed to discount their charges for prescription drugs.• Maintain a network of pharmacies that have agreed to discount their charges for 90–day supplies of prescription drugs.• Ensure that the 90–day retail pharmacy contracts satisfy all State and federal licensure, record–keeping, access and consumer protection requirements.• Ensure at least 95.0% of all non–protocol prescriptions are dispensed within two business days following receipt of the prescription by the contractor.• Ensure that 98.0% of all other mail order pharmacy prescriptions received each plan quarter must be dispensed within five business days following receipt of the prescription by the contractor.• The contractor shall create and maintain an integrated website that shall:• The ability to obtain secure access, through a secure sign–on to the contractor’s website.• The ability to be in compliance with the federal transparency in coverage final ruling including but not limited to: • Participating pharmacies by or near any address or location.• Prescription information, including formulary placement, utilization management requirements, pricing information, availability; generic equivalents or therapeutically similar drugs to brand drug medications; and member cost share.• The ability to order refills through the mail order pharmacy and specialty drug pharmacy, and the ability to check prescription status.• Notification of formulary changes to existing medications including exclusions and utilization management or other changes that would impact refills.• The ability to obtain access to personal information, including to track claims. • The ability to view a list of all medications ordered in last 12 months.• The ability to obtain details including dates, quantities, copayments and coinsurance for covered items. • The ability to review the amounts the member paid for covered items. • The ability to access an electronic identification card to be used at the pharmacy level.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 13, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
