CONS-23736 - USA (Wylie, Texas) - Property Demolition and Debris Cleaning Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property demolition and debris cleaning services to the government authority located in Wylie, TX.– Demolition work includes the complete dismantling and removal of building structures down to theconcrete slab, demolition of associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components above theslab, and all other work indicated in the contract documents.– All above–slab materials including, but not limited to, framing, roofing, exterior siding, interior finishes, windows, doors, insulation, and utilities, shall be completely removed.– All demolished material shall be disposed of off–site at an approved disposal or recycling facility.– All disturbed work areas surrounding the slabs shall be regraded and restored to match the surrounding grade.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
