EXTRA-74094 - USA (Washington, DC) - Field Turf Maintenance Service - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide field turf maintenance service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The preventative maintenance plan shall include the specific dates and time slots for preventative and routine maintenance.– The Contractor shall, while on the service call, perform additional maintenance involving impact test, repair of affected areas, inspections of line markings, seams and high traffic areas, infill top dressing with brockfill, and snow removal when needed.– Perform additional maintenance activities to include complete inspection of line markings, seams and high traffic areas; infill top dressing as needed.– Grooming, aerating, raking, vacuum, sweeping, and snow removal machines for artificial turf.– Consists of three synthetic turf fields, which include soccer, baseball, rugby and flag football fields.– Provide an annual summary report with performance analysis.– Surface racking every four to six weeks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on August 18, 2026.
