INSU-6520 - USA (Bentonville, Arkansas) - Insurance Broker Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker services to perform the full range of services related to the cost, design, implementation, maintenance, communication, and improvement of our health and welfare benefit and insurance programs in partnership with HR and the health benefits committee to the government authority located in Bentonville, AR.• Identify the top challenges in all matters relating to agency health and welfare employee benefit plans and make recommendations for changes based on agency financial needs, employee needs, industry trends or market conditions.• Model the cost impact of any recommended or mandated changes.• Assist in the administration of all group insurance plans, responding to questions from and providing information to staff, and providing other consulting services during the course of the plan year.• Review and analysis of claims experience and other pertinent financial information.• Research and inform agency of any new developments in the state and federal laws pertaining to employee benefit programs on an ongoing basis.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for seven years.
