(1) Vendor needs to provide Systemwide cashiering and payment management solution.• Systemwide cashiering and payment management solution for agency integrating with Workday to support secure, scalable payment processing, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance.• The proposed solution must support secure, efficient, and user–friendly payment processingacross online, mobile, in–person, and auxiliary operations; accommodate diverse payment methods; and integrate with Workday Financial Management and Workday Student while preserving Workday as the authoritative system of record for applicable financial and student transactions.• Agency seeks a flexible, scalable, and interoperable solution that supports merchant management,transaction traceability, reconciliation, reporting, configurable workflows, SaaS architecture, and payment hardware and processor options.• The selected solution must balance standardized systemwide governance with institution–specific operational requirements, minimize vendor lock–in, and provide long–term operational and financial value.• Cashiering Operations: Ability of the proposed solution to support cashiering operationsacross multiple institutions and business units, including in–person and online payments, departmental deposits, receipting, cashier sessions, balancing, adjustments, user roles, approvals, workflows, exception handling, usability, scalability, and operational controls.• Merchant Management: Effectiveness of the proposed merchant management model,including support for multiple merchant accounts, onboarding, configuration, settlement, fee management, processor and gateway coordination, account maintenance, institutional administration, reporting, and governance across a systemwide environment• Payment Processing– The solution must provide a suite of payment options for transactions: e–check, creditcard, debit card, agency bank transfer– The solution must have the ability to accept payments from cash transfer payment appse.g. PayPal, Venmo, etc.– Support refund processing, including refunds tied to the original payment transaction.– The solution must have the ability to accept payments from stored value/decliningbalance campus cards– Deliver a mobile–responsive, user–friendly payment experience that provides consistentand streamlined interaction across devices, while supporting configurableinstitution–specific branding (e.g., logos and visual identity).(2) The contract period will be for five years.
