(1) Vendor needs to provide muralist services to the government authority located in California.• The murals and other artwork policy bulletin, as well as comply with other relevant district policy.• Visit, examine, research, and consider the Site and surrounding area.• Develop criteria for site–specific art including theme, content, and media.• Develop initial concept sketches and color palettes for review to present a meaningful representation of the Artwork.• Submit the proposed Artwork for content review.• Revise design based on feedback and obtain final design approval prior to fabrication.• Ensure design complies with any applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations.• Integrate community input into the mural design, as appropriate and subject to final approval by the project representative.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
