(1) Vendor needs to provide approximately 12,800 copies of fun zone publication services for spring and summer, fall, and winter to the government authority located in Myrtle Beach, SC.• 11,000 copies of the publication to be boxed and delivered to the City’s designated mailing house, 1,800 copies to be delivered to the City’s Parks & Recreation Department.• Printer will supply Parks and Recreation representative with a PDF version of the final publication by the date the publication is to be at the mailing house(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.(3) A contract term will be for five years.
