(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–channel high precision time to digital single photon counter services to the government authority located in Tennessee.– Supply, delivery, and commissioning of one or more rack–mountable, multi–channel streaming time–to–digital converters (time taggers) with associated software, licensing, documentation, warranty, and technical support.– Instrument will be used for photon–counting and quantum–optics measurements, including correlation and coincidence analysis, lifetime measurements, and multi–channel timing experiments with superconducting nanowire single–photon detectors (SNSPDs) and comparable fast detectors.(2) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
