(1) Vendor needs to provide generative AI (GenAI) platforms. • Provide enterprise generative ai (GenAI) platforms, secure model API access to the vendors’ frontier models, and related services, including implementation, integration, adoption, AI literacy, and role–based upskilling, for use by authorized users and authorized state applications.• Supports speech–to–text, text–to–speech, translation, captioning, speaker identification, and real–time voice interaction. Identify supported languages, latency, transcript–editing, and audio–retention capabilities.• Processes and generates combinations of text, images, audio, video, tables, charts, diagrams, forms, and structured data, including optical character recognition, document–layout understanding, chart interpretation, and visual question answering.• Integrates with Microsoft Office 365 enterprise email, calendar, meeting, and collaboration platforms to search, summarize, draft, schedule, prepare for meetings, and track action items.• Integrates with or operates within Microsoft office–productivity applications to create, edit, analyze, compare, and summarize files while preserving formatting, formulas, charts, comments, tracked changes, citations, and accessibility structures.• Provides prebuilt connectors, APIs, software development kits, webhooks, and low–code or no–code tools for integrating State systems and creating, testing, versioning, monitoring, disabling, and transferring custom integrations• Supports controlled interaction with browsers, websites, desktop applications, terminals, or legacy systems that lack APIs.• Allows the State to create domain–specific test sets, evaluation criteria, acceptance thresholds, and regression tests for assistants and agents, including citation validation• Supports authentication with enterprise identity providers (e.g., SSO, SAML, Azure AD)• Provides enterprise– and Agency–level configuration, default policies, exceptions, testing and tuning, version control, logging, alerting, and emergency disablement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 9, 2026.
