The Town of Cary is seeking one or more qualified firm to contract for the development of a master plan for the expansion of the North Cary Water Reclamation Facility (NCWRF), including a re-rating analysis to increase capacity from 12.0 to 15.0 million gallons per day (MGD). Questions are due October 28, 2026 by EOD. Final submittals are due November 18, 2026 by 3 PM ET.
