Upcoming tenders for contracts covering the operation, maintenance and further development of the NemLog-in solution

The Danish Agency for Digital Government (Digitaliseringsstyrelsen) expects to conduct two separate EU tenders concerning the continuation of the NemLog-in solution. One tender will cover the operation of the NemLog-in solution and potentially other solutions in a multi-tenant setup, while a separate tender will cover the maintenance, further devel-opment, and trust services related to the solution. This notice does not initiate the tenders themselves. A general market dialogue for the tenders was published earlier in 2025; please refer to https://ted.europa.eu/da/notice/-/detail/106277-2025 (in Danish). This market dialogue supplements the previously published general market dialogue but has a narrower focus, as it concerns trust services only. The Agency invites potential suppliers (OEMs and resellers) to provide written responses to selected questions on trust services to support the Agency’s preparation of the upcoming tenders. A limited number of companies will be invited to elaborate on their responses in meetings with the Agency (held via MS Teams). The questionnaire and all information regarding the market dialogue are available on the Agency’s website: www.digst.dk/nemlog-in-udbud, as well as in the electronic tendering system. All communication related to the market dialogue must take place via email to NemLog-in-udbud@digst.dk The deadline for registering for the meetings is 10th of December 2025. The meetings are expected to be held in early January 2026. The questionnaire must be completed no later than 15th of December 2025.
