CLEANING-13712 - USA (Rockdale, Texas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Rockdale, TX. – The contractor shall have the duty of cleaning all offices, restrooms and all other areas associated with the indoor portion of the facilities.– Contractor shall keep all areas free of dust, dirt, trash, and restroom sanitation.– Clean and sanitize rest rooms, including counter tops, sinks and toilets. Replace toilet paper, paper towels and trash can liners, and mop floors.– Daily Empty all trash cans and replace trash liners. – Daily Sweep/ dry mop – Twice weekly Vacuum and mop facility and/or as needed(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 18, 2026.
