(1) Vendor needs to provide roadside cleanup and biohazard abatement services to the government authority located in Brownstown, MI.• Contractor shall provide all labor and expertise for surveying, documenting, clean up, collecting, removal, and disposal services involving/including unhoused encampment abatement actions in the agency right–of–way.• Typical job sites may vary in size from a large multi–day clean up services, wheredumpsters are needed to handle the volume of debris, to small encampments clean upservices with one tent and two or three 30–gallon trash bags of debris.• Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, protective clothing, heavy machinery, equipment, vehicles, and supplies required to remove debris.• Contractor shall provide a crew sufficient to properly clear and clean the site.
