(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Elverson, PA. – Clean glass top stoves and wet wipe top and front. – Clean and wet wipe front of oven door.– Clean oven door window.– Clean and wet wipe outside surfaces.– Clean and wet wipe inside racks and surfaces.– Empty and clean drip pan.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) A mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 03, 2026.
