(1) Vendor needs to provide accessible web–based aviation data portal service.– Provide the authority with access to a secure hosted web–based aviation industry data portal.– Airline schedules:– Marketing airline, operating airline, alliance, flight number, origin, destination, equipment, departure time, arrival time.– Flights, seats, block time, miles, aircraft configurations.– Daily, weekly, monthly.– Historical and forward.– Compare flights and seat capacity across months, years, rolling periods, annual time series, and custom date ranges to identify trends and changes over time.– Schedule change report tracking changes in the published booking schedule, providing week–over week and year–over–year comparisons across airports, marketing and operating airlines, origins, destinations, scheduled flights, and seat capacity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
