EXTRA-79338 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Avenue Multimodal Connections Planning and Environmental Linkages Study Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide avenue multimodal connections PEL study services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – The Study will involve identifying and working with stakeholders to develop and evaluate improvement alternatives.– The Study will also include documenting the goals, objectives, and visions of stakeholders and resource agencies in the project location.– The Study process, it will be necessary to identify public, environmental, and resource concerns and opportunities in the project location and to use this information with public and stakeholder involvement to develop alternatives to address the purpose and need. – Recommend a set of alternatives which provide economical, immediate, and long–term benefits.– Prepare a prioritized list of all proposed improvements with accompanying evaluation criteria and time lines. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
