(1) Vendor needs to provide certificate of deposit account registry services program relationship bank services to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Invest available funds in through one or more relationship banks that are approved participants in the promontory network.– The objective of this program is to enhance the agency investment portfolio by providing a secure, federally insured investment vehicle while maximizing returns and supporting local economic development.– program offers several advantages, including access to multi–million–dollar insurance coverage, simplified account administration through a single banking relationship, reduced collateralization requirements, and the flexibility of fixed maturity dates to support the city's cash flow and investment strategies.– Indemnification:– Relationship bank agrees to indemnify the agency against any and all claims arising from this agreement, provided such claims result from the relationship bank's intentional misconduct, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or the placement of funds that are ineligible for deposit insurance.– Fund Transfers: Funds shall be wired on the same day they are invested.– Safekeeping Receipt: The agency shall receive a safekeeping receipt or confirmation statement via email no later than the business day following the date the investment is made.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
