(1) Vendor needs to provide nursing registry staffing services to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA.• This comprehensive management services regarding temporary staff shall include but is not limited to centralized methods of processing, providing staffing (licensed and certified clinical staff), managing temporary staff assignment to the hospital, maintaining placement of and monitoring the qualifications and fitness of all temporary registry personnel scheduled to work at the County on an as needed basis.• Screening and pre–assignment vetting.• Vaccination history or positive titer proof for measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (Tdap), Hepatitis B, and COVID–19.• Real–time and on–demand reporting detailing registry labor utilization, including timekeeping audit trails, detailed labor costs, fill rates, and historical trending analysis.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for five years.
