(1) Vendor needs to provide architecture services to the government authority located in Connecticut.– New construction; renovation and adaptive reuse of existing buildings; demolition; interior and exterior building design; infrastructure, including underground and above–ground systems; and utilities.– Program reviews; existing–conditions assessments with recommendations; conceptual and feasibility studies; forensic analyses and investigations; constructability and budgetary cost estimates; schematic design; design development; construction documents; bidding support; construction administration; and project closeout.– Design for new and renovated laboratories; health service buildings, including hospitals and medical, treatment, and examination facilities; food service facilities; student housing;classrooms; offices; historic buildings, including coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office when required; athletic facilities; and site landscaping.– Furniture layouts and specifications; finish–material selection and specifications; equipment layouts and specifications; office planning; reflected ceiling plans and lighting design; signage; and wayfinding.– Assessment, repair, replacement, and renovation of typical windows, roofing, masonry, and other building envelope components, including related forensic analysis and recommendations– Peer review of projects designed by others for code compliance; detailed technical review of construction documents for interdisciplinary coordination and constructability; and evaluation under applicable LEED rating systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
