(1) Vendor needs to provide researcher consulting services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Conduct research related to the library’s assessment of researcher services across reading rooms and support the implementation of a holistic, institutional approach, harmonizing diverse practices to foster consistent, intentional, and sustainable practices for assessing the researcher experience both onsite and online.– Develop an assessment and measurement vision and strategy for the researcher experience.– Integrate meaningful metrics into its strategic planning process.– Document and share its progress with improving the researcher experience.– Standardize data collection, analysis, and reporting, adopt shared data tools and practices across programs, streamline data collection, and remove barriers to sharing data between stakeholders.– Performing researcher assessment, engagement, and analysis in line with the library collections and services group’s strategic plan.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9,2026.
