Provision of Joinery Services

STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS Scope of Services The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive joinery service, including but not limited to: Reactive Maintenance · Urgent and non-urgent repairs to doors, windows, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and fittings · Making safe following damage, failure, or H&S concerns Planned Maintenance · Cyclical and preventative joinery works · Adjustment, repair, or replacement of building elements to maintain operational standards Minor Works Projects (≤ GBP15,000) · Alterations to internal layouts (e.g. partitions, doorsets) · Installation of fixtures, fittings, and bespoke joinery · Small refurbishment works Statutory & Compliance-Related Works · Support to compliance activities including (but not limited to) bi-annual fire door maintenance (inspection regime to be defined separately) . Contractor’s require to be competent and complete an industry fire door course · Ensuring all works meet current building regulations and relevant standards
