(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency preparedness first aid training services and supplies to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.– All these training sessions must be conducted in–person.• Be able to conduct virtual training if needed for continuity of operations (e.g., during apandemic). • Training in the exact type of tourniquets that are stocked in the kits must be incorporated into training classes provided by the contractor/subcontractor.
