LEGAL-18036 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Bond Counsel Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.– Include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:• Assist in developing the legal and structural framework for any bond issues.• Supervise the bond proceedings, through the preparation of various documents necessary or appropriate for the authorization, issuance, sale and delivery of the bonds, including preparation of resolutions for agency, opinions, closing certificates, federal tax forms, review and editing of preliminary and final offering documents and final bond transcript documents.• Preparation and/or review of necessary local borrower documents, including but not limited to local government financing agreements, financing leases, tax certificates, and other miscellaneous closing documents.• Upon request of the Authority, coordinate the preparation and management of the offering documents throughout the review process and the incorporation of comments from the financing team.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
