DEMOLITION OF 1611 NORTHGATE DRIVE

The work includes the complete demolition and removal of all existing structures, slabs, site improvements, and utilities located at 1611 Northgate Drive, Montgomery, Alabama. Contractor shall perform all demolition operations in accordance with the approved demolition and utility disconnection plans, including the safe termination, removal, and/or capping of all utility connections as indicated. Work includes protection of adjacent properties, fencing, barricades, erosion control, dust control, and proper disposal of all debris and materials at an approved landfill. Contractor is responsible for all permits, utility coordination, notifications, and required inspections. All utilities shall be verified in the field prior to demolition. Contractor shall leave the site clean, graded smooth, free of debris, and in a stabilized condition consistent with City requirements. The contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing demolition, environmental protection, and worker/public safety.
