(1) Vendor needs to provide mass notification services to the government authority located in Jackson, MO.– Mass notification services that allow the office of emergency management to send out mass notifications by email, phone, text, and social media.– Ability to access home devices like Alexa is desired but not required. mass notification services will need to have the ability to save notification templates for faster use.– Mass notification system has the ability to send notifications to the public who are not opted into the services by using GIS and Mapping services that the County will not provide or maintain.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1,2026.
