INSU-6405 - USA (Portland, Oregon) - Insurance Broker and Agent of Record Services - Deadline September 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker and agent of record services to the government authority located in Portland, OR. – The insurance program shall be reviewed annually, with a report prepared for chief financial officer’s and director of risk management’ review and benefit.– The contractor shall designate or assign adequate and qualified personnel to answer questions and handle insurance activities. – To ensure the development of the tailored Insurance Program and all required administrative services.– Assist the director of risk management and staff in the preparation of guiding principles for the management of the insurance program.– Place and service all policies for property, casualty, workers’ compensation and statutory bonds; and such other policies of insurance as may be authorized.– Prepare and issue insurance certificates and endorsements as requested.– Insurance placements shall be made with carriers approved by the director of risk management.– Including any other ancillary insurance coverage needed.– Self–insured worker’s compensation bond.– Cyber liability insurance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
