(1) Vendor needs to provide construction services to the government authority located in Fort Collins, CO. – Work Included–Construction drawings to be used with the sections of specifications, Grading plans, drainage plans, green grading plans and the construction details.– The finished shaping and grading of greenside bunkers, fairway bunkers, tee construction, and cart path construction, and the installation of drainage, topsoil, and edging surrounding the bunkers, installation of liner and drainage placement and spreading of sand within the bunkers(2) The contract period will be for twenty years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
