(1) Vendor needs to provide design services to the government authority located in Lemon Grove, CA. – Providing professional engineering services for the connect main street phase and design services project.– Design shall include lighting and gateway entry signs incorporating related disciplines, including electrical engineering, structural engineering, and geotechnical engineering for foundations.– Design of roadway, intersection, striping, signage, pedestrian facilities, streetscape elements, lighting, bicycle facilities, and associated infrastructure improvements.– Existing and proposed civil improvements including ADA compliant pedestrian ramps.– Utility and drainage plans.– Design of gateway signs– Landscaping plans.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.
