CONS-25077 - USA (Medford Lakes, New Jersey) - Municipal Architect Service - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal architect service to the government authority located in Medford Lakes, NJ.A. Provide basic architectural services as requested by the Mayor and Council;B. Perform such duties as are prescribed by general law and ordinance;C. Prepare, or cause to be prepared basic architectural services to the agency for initial project phase, which includes preliminary planning, project design, and cost estimates for the construction/replacement/repair of offices/buildings.D. Preparation of necessary bidding information, bidding forms, construction contracts, and construction management services;E. Coordination with agency professionals and officials who have authorized duties and responsibilities related to the development and implementation of the proposed projects;F. Attendance at meetings with the agency upon request; and assistance in handling project related matters requiring the expertise of the Respondent as directed by the agency(2) The contract period will be for one year.
