Vendor needs to provide enterprise voice–connectivity services including SIP trunking, public switched telephone network and long–distance services, toll–free services, DID management and porting, fax services, and traditional POTS or POTS–replacement services to the government authority located in Oregon.• The proposed solution must support continuity of patient care and other critical operations, provide geographic and carrier diversity, integrate with agency–managed Cisco CUBE/SBC infrastructure, and include implementation, migration, porting, testing, administrative, reporting, service–level, and ongoing support capabilities.
