(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and grounds services to the government authority located in Calhoun, MI. – Primary cleaning of restrooms. primary cleaning, specified in the following, shall be completed between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M.– Perform cleaning survey of all areas – note problems with lights, faucet leaks, flush valves, floor tiles, drains, etc.– Clean and disinfect door, door pulls, window, kick plates, etc.– Clean and disinfect sanitary napkin receptacle – remove bag, disinfect container, and install new bag.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on August 18, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
