(1) Vendor needs to provide as–needed unlawful detainer legal services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. – To provide, on an as–needed basis, comprehensive legal advice, opinions, interpretation, representation and other services, to the Authority regarding non–payment of rent and unlawful detainer cases.• Non–Payment of Rent Cases – Consult with Authority regarding particular matter presented; – Prepare unlawful detainer pleadings • Related Actions and Complex Unlawful Detainer Actions – Advise staff if cases are not sufficiently documented; – Prepare and serve notices; – Prepare unlawful detainer pleadings; – File and serve the summons and complaint – Provide analysis letters including legal analysis of fact, applications of facts to law, and odds o success should the matter proceed to trial.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
