(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based credentialing, privileging, and provider enrollment software.• Core platform: A credentialing and re–credentialing database hosted on a secure cloud–based platform.• Web–based applications: Prepopulated applications and privilege forms with comprehensive electronic capabilities for the credentialing process.• Privilege Library: An evidence–based, continually updated privilege library with integrated ICD/CPT code maintenance.• Peer Review: Full electronic request routing and capabilities for peer references.• Performance Tracking: The system must have the ability to add an additional module for clinical performance tracking and reporting.• Provider Hub: A centralized portal for providers to complete medical staff and enrollment applications, view credentialing status, review privileges, and submit files for committee member review.• Managed Care and Enrollment: A dedicated managed care contracting module, alongside a provider enrollment system featuring roster management to auto–generate delegated payor rosters.• Online Payer Enrollment: Direct capabilities for online enrollment for medicaid, and commercial payers.• Document Management: Integrated electronic scanning and fax capabilities within provider profiles.• Access: Uninterrupted 24–hour internet access for providers and employees• Notifications and reporting: Automated generation of critical notifications and extensive support for the creation of reports and letters in connection with the software management solutions.• Task Management: Advanced system alerts including ticklers, flags, checklists, and letter generation capabilities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
