(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based counsel practice management software.– The solution shall provide a fully embedded NetDocuments integration that enables users to create, open, edit, save, search, and associate documents with matters directly within the matter management platform.– The system shall support:• Rule–based deadline calculations• Matter–type–specific docketing templates• Jurisdiction–specific deadline calculations• User–defined docketing templates• Manual creation and modification of deadlines• Automatic recalculation of dependent deadlines– The solution shall provide real–time, bi–directional synchronization with Microsoft Outlook calendars. Changes made within the system shall automatically update associated Outlook calendar events, and updates made in Outlook shall be reflected within the system, without requiring manual intervention.– The solution shall support a variety of reporting and visualization capabilities, including:• Role–based dashboards• Practice–group dashboards• Drill–down reporting• Snapshot reporting• Export to Excel, CSV, and PD– Workflow Automation• Matter intake and approval processes• Matter assignment and routing• Task creation and assignment• Invoice review and approval workflows• Automated notifications and reminders• Escalation and approval processes(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
