The Work generally consists of: Renovating the roof at the Wave Waterpark. This includes removal of existing roofing materials and gutters, replacing decking material as required, installing The Garland Company, Inc. roofing to the deck, parapets and sidewalls as required. New gutters and downspouts to be installed. See Appendix-A for specifications. Roofing materials from The Garland Company, Inc. will be purchased by the City of Vista.
