Vendor needs to provide fireworks, pyro and special effects services to the government authority located in San Marcos, TX. – Provide fireworks, pyrotechnic displays, and related special visual effects for agency football games and other special events, including events held at the agency volleyball and basketball games. – Provide planning, materials, equipment, labor and operational support necessary to deliver high–quality visual effects for all agency football home games during the 2026 season. – Propose a visual effects plan that enhances the overall fan experience during key in–game and event moments.• Proposal should address visual effects for the following moments:– Pre–game show– Team introductions– National Anthem– Scoring moments– Post–game activities– Other recommended in–game or event enhancements
