On-Call Water & Wastewater Consulting Services

The City of Surprise Department Name Department is accepting Statements of Qualifications ("SOQ") from qualified consulting firms to provide Project Title in support of water and wastewater facilities, infrastructure, operations, and water resource planning issued under this Request for Qualifications ("RFQu"). The City intends to enter into multiple contract(s) with qualified firms that can demonstrate their abilities to provide the required services on an as-needed, task-oriented basis. Responses will be evaluated based on qualifications, relevant experience, and technical competence in accordance with the specifications herein.
