(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based heart rate monitoring system.– Provide a comprehensive real–time heart rate monitoring system including monitoring hardware, SaaS to monitor and alert County personnel to certain conditions, hardware to allow for data transmission from the monitoring hardware to the SaaS, and implementation services.– The use and nature of any Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), or machine learning deployed in any of Proposer’s systems.– Indicate whether any AI or machine learning can be disabled and the method of disablement (code–level, system setting, etc.– Administrative software including enrollment, device control, device status, user account administration, and any other functionality required for the daily operation of the monitoring equipment must be accessible from any workstation and compatible with Microsoft Windows 11 or newer.– Access to the administrative software must be restricted to specific user accounts established within the administration software.– The administrative and monitoring software is cloud–based.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
