Bidding will be conducted through Limited competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” (Fourth Edition - November 2020) (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.
