La présente consultation a pour objet des prestations de conseil et expertise en mobilités. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la réception du premier bon de commande et pour un montant maximum de 50 000 Euros HT. Il est reconductible tacitement deux fois dans les mêmes conditions, soit une durée maximale de 3 ans et un montant maximum de 150 000 Euros HT toutes périodes confondues.
