(1) Vendor needs to provide public health marketing services. – Provide marketing and advertising agencies to provide on–call, as–needed integrated marketing services.– Including consultation on strategy, creative development, design, creative content production, advertising campaign planning and management, and media planning or buying, in support of public health communication efforts.– Support equitable, accessible, and culturally responsive public health outreach across diverse audiences.– Strategic Deliverables:• Campaign strategy documents.• Audience segmentation and messaging frameworks.• Media plans and placement schedules.– Creative and Production Deliverables:• Graphic design files (including editable source files).• Video, audio, photography, animation, and digital content.• Adapted assets across multiple platforms and formats.• Language–accessible and ADA–compliant materials.– Media Deliverables:• Media placement confirmations.• Proof of performance documentation.• Reconciliation reports and affidavits.• Post–campaign performance summaries.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
