DE-5486 - USA (California) - Paper to Digital Plan Scanning Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital plan scanning services at scanning resolution of 300 to 600 dpi in TIFF and PLDF/A or JPG file format.– Approximately 32,700 square feet of pages which need scanning which have been batched into five (5) boxes. – Scan to a Laserfiche format {TIFF) at least 300 DPI for letter size documents and at least 400 DPI for maps/plans– Duplex scan documents to capture both front and back of document where needed.– Scan small documents such as receipts as small as 1.5 inches x 3 inches– Handle scanning of older or degraded files and plans– All scanning, indexing, and quality checking must be performed(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
