(1) Vendor needs to provide computer aided dispatch and records management system.– A preferably Microsoft Windows™ based public safety software system for the purpose of replacing its current Computer Aided Dispatch (“CAD”) and Records Management System (“RMS”).– The proposed system is based on a Microsoft SQL Server database.– Data stored on the system is readily accessible to Agency IT personnel using common utility tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Crystal Reports at no additional cost to the Agency beyond the cost of third–party tools.– CAD and Records Management are two interlocking halves of one system, not two systems interfaced to each other.– Case investigation management provide a case investigation log by detective, officer, or all cases under investigation with features similar to the officer log report.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
