TRANSPORT-12402 - USA (San Francisco, California) - ADA Shuttle Bus Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA shuttle bus services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA. – To provide safe, reliable, accessible, transit shuttle services in the case of emergency repairs that render service inaccessible to individuals who cannot traverse a steep flight of stairs.– Must provide all vehicles, materials, staffing and supplies necessary for operation of the services, as further described below. – Such vehicles, materials, staffing and supplies must be of sufficient quality and quantity to ensure safe and reliable operation.– This service will be available only to individuals who cannot traverse the internal stairway aboard the ferry and those individuals riding with that individual.• One accessible vehicle and one driver in Larkspur for the period from 5:20 am to 7:15 pm • One accessible vehicle and one driver in San Francisco for the period from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm • Pick–up locations at terminal will be determined by staff. • Drivers will be required to provide basic passenger assistance as well as assistance securing mobility devices for safe travel. • Due to the nature of this service all vehicles must be ADA–accessible at all times. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be three years.
