(1) Vendor needs to provide amphitheater venue management service. • Provide venue manager that maximizes event activity and operating efficiency of the amphitheater, provides innovative marketing efforts, and provides additional services such as concessions, including alcohol sales.• Provide a strong and detailed plan representing the variety of services necessary to produce, conduct, and execute quality events of which city residents are accustomed to and will attract new audiences to the city.• City’s preferred operational model is a blend of festivals, performances, live music, and other cultural programming combined with facility rentals which result in the amphitheater’s long–term financial viability and advance the goals and necessities of the city’s events.• Acquiring talent and managing contracts.• Event or show production, including sound and lighting.• Marketing and advertisement.• Venue and event sponsorship solicitation and management.• Staffing and logistics management.• Food and beverage services management.• Traffic control and parking operations management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
